A big interest of mine is Japanese language. I studied Japanese at my home university. I also studied abroad in Japan at Kansai Gaidai for the Spring 2006 semester! I went to Japan again in August of 2006 and in April 2009. I used Japanese a lot in my job in NJ, and now here in California I can use it everyday!

Hanging out with my friends is another important part of my life. It's usually the topic of what I write about, and they're in lots of my photos and definitely in my memories.

Video games have always been a HUGE part of my life. I have a great collection and I still play them regularly.

Shopping for new clothes always makes me happy.

I especially look forward to going to Carnivals and Festivals (the air, the smells, the food's aroma and the sky at night when you're young and with your group of friends and you feel like the night will last forever, the lights flashing and taking you in.. you live for 5 minutes on a fast ride through the air, a guy walking up to you with a python, for me a religious meaning and Italian cultural meaning, and the idea of a community gathering..)

I was always obsessed with underground things, I think because of TMNT.. and I like old warehouses, factories with old, dusty, broken windows and old painted walls with names of companies that no longer exist, mine shafts, sewers, junkyards, abandoned carnival grounds, boardwalks off-season, empty playgrounds at dusk, and truck depots.
